School Of Biological Sciences Taught Postgraduate Bursaries, University Of Edinburgh, UK

The School of Biological Sciencesis offering 12 bursaries of ?2,500 to overseas students studying one of the following taught masters' programmes:

• MSc Biodiversity and Taxonomy of Plants
• MScBioinformatics
• MScBiotechnology
• MSc Drug Discovery& TranslationalBiology
• MSc Systems& Synthetic Biology
• MSc QuantitativeGenetics& Genome Analysis

Theawardis intended to assist with tuition fees, and is only tenable for the current session.

Eligibility
Applicants must be nationals of countries outwith the EU who have been offered a place on an eligible MSc at theUniversity of Edinburghand should have firmly accepted that offer, or be intending to do so.

The bursaries will be awarded on the basis of academic merit.

Applicants should send an email registering their interest for thebursaryto email address below ensuring that they include both their UUN/application ID and the programme(s) that they are applying for.

The deadline for applicants to note their interest isFriday 3rd May 2013.

Selection
A Selection Committee will meet in May 2013 and the successful candidates will be notified by the end of May 2013.
